Has anyone used Cummins PowerSpec?

I noticed that Cummins has a free program called PowerSpec that is available to anyone and allows you to adjust electronic parameters. Have any of you tried it yet? I see it requires the data cable that can be expensive. What kind of parameters does it let you change? Would I be able to reprogram the application of my compression brake with it?
