We were on I-95 when a dark sports car roared past us, moved into our lane, then slowed down dangerously. I waited, and when he did not speed up, I passed him. Again, he came roaring past us, moved into our lane, and slowed down.
At this point, I was getting worried, so I stopped at the next rest area. He pulled in behind me with his engine roaring and smoke coming from the tail pipe.
When we got into the rest area,there was a number of police cars parked in the visitor's parking lot. The dark sports car pulled up besides them.
Apparently, it was a gathering point for the police to go on a raid somewhere. The car that was around us was an unmarked police car and the driver was having trouble with his engine.
