What he did is called an Agressive Driving Practice, it is illegal in .. Well, everywhere, and the proper procedure is to hand your cell to your co-pilot and let same call 9-1-1 and report it,,, You maintain course and speed and ignore the jerk.. Eventually one of two things will happen.
