By "hauling" I assume you mean towing, not carrying? Basically, you'll need 5000 lbs towing capacity. If you tow four down, tongue weight is not a factor. But a potential seperate issue does pertain to hauling- can an E450-based 32 foot C carry the weight of your family and everything you want to take with you? Some can, some can't.
