Anyone been to the Havasu balloon festival? What's it like? pros and cons? Thanks

Was there last year. Lots of wind. Very few balloon launches. Will be there again this year. Hope the wind don't blow. Huge garage sale on the island. Lots of things to look at around the bridge.
