I have a 1990 fleetwood bounder and would like to know what vehicle application was used for the headlight mounting assembly?

I'm looking for the metal mounting bracket with the headlight buckets that have all the up and down adjustments and springs, mine is all rusted to the point that if I remove the headlight I might not be able to resecure it again.
