Heater hose assemblies for rear heat can be bought from RockAuto for about $25 per hose (or about $100 from Ford). The rear blower connector is in the driver side B-pillar, and Ford sells pigtails to connect aftermarket units, and the switch panel can simply be pulled from a wrecked passenger van.
