I've got no problem keeping the rear of the Motorhome warm in frigid weather while driving in frigid weather.
I hold the bathroom door open with a bungee cord and leave the roof vent open, then set the heater to vent (dash outlets) and center outlets pointed straight back with the fan up fairly high.
The open vent pulls most of the heat out of the cab area and down the back.
The same method works in the summer to keep the back section cool using just the dash A/C.
