HELP - How to wire a refer thermostat AND an on/off switch?

Trying to complete my fridge mods (baffles, fans, fan thermostat, and an ON/OFF switch). How do I wire both the thermostat AND an ON/OFF switch? I know how to wire each independently but for wirin...

And located and connected to the input and output wires of the thermostat alone. Not as shone in your diagram coming from the 12v hot terminal and running to junction connecting the fans and the thermostat together.
