HELP - How to wire a refer thermostat AND an on/off switch?

Trying to complete my fridge mods (baffles, fans, fan thermostat, and an ON/OFF switch). How do I wire both the thermostat AND an ON/OFF switch? I know how to wire each independently but for wirin...

Wired everything according to my last diagram and all is perfect!

Manual operation works great. Now I will turn on refer and see what happens when coils get hot. If all is wired correctly, fans should activate when temps reach 120F.

Update on wiring and refer refer temps to follow.

Heck, summer is just getting started and I have many HOT, HOT days ahead of me (SAD)!
