Regarding the Beavers:
Yes, the Marquis is to of the line and the one you have linked to, while not a Sapphire, are great coaches. These years were still built in Bend by Beaver so, even though Monaco had already purchased Beaver, are considered to be the last of the "true" Beavers. They still have the CAT C-12 505 HP which are great engines. I believe they went to the C-13 in 2005. Downside they only have two slide if that is important to you. To me, the Sapphire is the ultimate Beaver in these years.
Also the one you linked may be an Emerald which are very hard to find and is distinguished by a separate dining area but there aren't enough pics to tell.
While I can not personally attest to this, friends that have had several Provosts (no sure of which manufacturer) claim the 45' models to be the better riding and handling which has led to some spirited campground cocktail hours.
