I have the same coach in the same color. It's an 05 Travel Supreme Envoy and most likely has a 350HP CAT C-7 engine. Without seeing the passenger's side I cannot say whether it is the 3 slide (DS03) or four slide (DS04) model. Mine has been just about flawless for the six years I have owned it.
