Yes, you can clean the RADIATOR from the back.
But, the vast majority of the dirt and debris will be on the FRONT of the Charge Air Cooler.
Were you to back flush with enough pressure to blow the******off the front of the CAC, you would be bending most of the fins on the radiator.
So most of the cleaning has to be done from the front.
