I was lucky because when I walked in to Canadream they were just going to publish their sale ad so I got about $3,000 off their website ad price. Also I did ask for newer tires and for all the Canadream labeling to be taken off. I bought about this time last year, a good time to buy.
Re: the reason they give up the units is not mileage but because the warranty is running out and they only want units with warranties to keep repair costs down. I did purchase an extended warranty for the unit I purchased.
You can definitely bargain with them, if not in price than asking for replacement tires or better TV, stuff like that.
