The tires on our 1998 Monaco appeared to be in great shape, no dry rot, but the sidewall code indicated they were 11 years old! Yes, they're expensive - $2700 for six in our case. Plus the cost of tire covers, which we haven't gotten yet but will soon. Buying a new MH is not for the faint of heart.
