I recently purchased a 2015 class C and was doing some work under the bed in the rear and came across this. Anyone know what is is?

On my 2005 28R the black rectangle in the middle of the rear bumper is a backup sonar alarm. The wiring runs all the way forward to a box behind the drivers seat.
I have a bike rack and a tow bar installed. I unplugged the connector behind the black rectangle. The bike rack/tow bar interferes with it.
