I have an 03 Journey. I think you need to relieve pressure in the hydraulic lines then manually pull in slides. To do so, I believe the directions are in your spiral bound winnebago manual. But what it basically says there are 6 soleniods, 4 for jacks that have a t handle on them and can be turned with that and 2 for the slides that you will need a nut driver for. I believe they are located on driver side towards the back of your basement compartment. You have to push rear in and for the big slide, i believe the winch goes in the floor heat register and connects onto some seat belt like straps and then you slowly pull in over 10 minutes or something like that.
