The specs on the Georgetown say that it's a 101 inches wide. It will be mightly close with little room for error. That will give you just shy of 6 inches to work with (<3 inches on each side?).

On edit: Also, if your pad is not level, at 12'7" tall (the 37' Georgetown is an inch shorter than the other models), you could hit the house or fence if it leans.
