The neighbor is KOOL but the house pulling in forward is on the driverside of the MH and the neighor/my fence is on the other. I have to pull into the driveway between the house and fence. To get out of the MH on the fence side I would be in his back yard. If I back in there is no way to get out of the MH with the door facing the house 3-5". The only way is forward then the 13'X9' area would line up with the drivers door.
