I wonder if the RV has a bad isolator? If it goes bad, it can prevent starting since it also contains the "emergency start" relay. I seem to remember others on both here and the SportsMobile forum having a no-start condition due to an isolator fault.

Also, I believe the 'Theft" light is just a dummy light on non-PATS equipped vans. Kinda like a fake car-alarm light to serve as a visual deterrent.
