Help on Roadmaster Chassis

I have a 2000 Holiday rambler Ambassador on a Roadmaster Chassis. It has approx 120 k miles on it. THis coach has air over hydraulic brakes, and I have two questions. Is there an updated brake pad that will be better in stopping this coach, and second, Is there anything that can be done to improve or soften the ride. It has four airbags and for the seven years I have owned it, rides terrible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, I was told by Monaco that the ride enhancement kit is not availble for the chassis for Ambassador.

    Can't help with the brake pads as I have not changed them yet.

    For the ride, Koni shocks and larger tire size with less air (based on chart) improved my ride on my Roadmaster.
