Yep, it's a common issue when all the RV antifreeze doesn't get flushed from the system. If the antifreeze was allowed to get in the HW tank, it can be particularly annoying to get it all out. Fortunately, the little bit that's left causes no real problems, and the water is completely safe to drink and cook with. The foaming will eventually clear up with use.
Normal it will go away - have same problem in this and last Winnebago Motor Home
