We had the roof AC, fridge, fresh water pump,converter/charger and house batteries, and awning fabric die/need replacement at around ten years in our 2004 Tioga bought new in 2003. Tires lasted between 4 and 5 years until serious sidewall cracks needed replacement. With a 16 year old rig, there may be a number of things that need replacement/costly repairs, if not recently replaced.Be especially careful looking for evidence of water damage. i.e. stains, moldy smells, puckering wsll covering. Look at receipts for repaired/replaced items. My advice, save up more money and shop carefully for a much newer rig with everything working properly and at a proprtionately better price, out the door. You may do a lot better buying from a private party who needs to sell.
