Does the red light on the control box light up? How about the toggle switch? If not, you're not getting power from the fuse box at ignition on which I suspect is your problem. Neither the pump will run nor will the bag solenoids operate without ignition voltage.
Even using the manual inflate you need the solenoids to be working in order to let air into the bags.
