- AvaExplorerI have an older 3 leg Power Gear system and there is an inline fuse between the pump solenoid battery terminal and the wires going to each jack solenoid.
I have a chassis fuse panel in the battery compartment for chassis related electrical circuits and another inside for the rest of the motorhome accessories such as water pump, fridge etc. - JimM68ExplorerOn the powergear jacks, the alarm is triggered by a level sensor in the fluid reservoir. There were several good suggestions above. Starting with "topping off the fluid"
Assuming of course you have visually verified all your jacks are all the way up. - ValkyriebushExplorer IIGet under the jack that's not rising all the way if safely possible, which is probably causing the beeping and get a jack under it if possible, lift it up then get it fixed. If it's only fluid than your good to go.

Could we have pulled the wrong fuse? Any other suggestions on finding the fuse?
I assume you found the right fuse box in the dash. There are 4-5amp fuses. If you have your Workhorse owners manual its shown on several pages but the fuse is in the same location on all models. Page 218 will show JACKS ALARM, position 12. - CdurhamExplorerWe thought we had found the fuse and took it, but the lights for Jacks are flashing and still beeping.

Thanks everyone. Harold are you talking about the fuse box that's in the bedroom?
No. If your dash pannel flips up it will be accessable there. If not it will be under the dashboard, probably on the firewall or sidewall. - CdurhamExplorerThanks everyone. Harold are you talking about the fuse box that's in the bedroom?
- wa8yxmExplorer IIIThe most common cause of excessive beeping on Power Gear Hydraulic Jacks is lack of jack fluid (Usually Dextron III) Try adding checking the fluid level (JACKS FULLY RETRACTED AND VISUALLY VERIFIED add a cup of fluid and see if they still beep.
If all else fails (Tank full to the point of overflowing and still beeps) on the top of the tank is a pair of wires, they go to a 2-wire flat connector.. Unplug and twist one half 180 degrees and plug just one pin back in. This **SHOULD** stop it but caution.. Disables jack down sensor. - glen68Exploreradd fluid to the jack reservoir, it will stop the beeping.
Glen - harold1946ExplorerIts a 5 amp fuse located in the internal fuse block position 12.
From the right, its in the 2nd row on the bottom.
I doubt Power Gear would have any idea where Workhorse put the fuse.
