Help with 1998 Pace Arrow Vision Transfer switch

Odds are the Transfer Box you see is NOT the Main Transfer box for the Incoming 120 volts. You need to clarify. Does your year model have 30 amp or 50 amp Shore Power? The reason I ask is, when you see a 15/20 amp interior Transfer box like you have found, It is usually connected to the System that allows Front and Rear AC operation on Shore Power when you only have a 30 amp RV.
