One thing on Tag Axles....will you be able to lift or at least release the pressure on the tag?
Pick your parking lot carefully ...church parking lot with asphalt ...if you make a sharp turn especially "new" asphalt...you will plow the parking lot ..you will make no friends that way!!
and the tag tires will lose their tread sooner if you make many sharp turns...it will scuff tread off....( on a tour bus) it is bad...
Lastly....
that diesel you fall in love with...go find a "real hill" ..make sure it will pull it with your
satisfaction...my brother did not ...all diesels pushers are not created equal!!
