Recently got my new Tom Tom Go 600, It failed within 2 weeks. They sent me a new one, it also failed after two weeks. Tom Tom support had it up & running in two minutes on the phone. I am having a lot of problems getting the routes to go where I want them, not where the unit wants me to go. To put a way point in the middle of the route I must re-enter the whole route, in the proper order. Seems Tom Tom is developing this model on the fly as problems arise. Our backup is the tried & true driving Atlas.
