You don't have any standing with Jayco. You are not the original owner and starting a few years ago, the Jayco warranty(2 years) was not transferred to the 2nd or 3rd owners. You can right a letter to Jayco, and state what you need done. BUT, you will need a Jayco dealer to verify the repair needed. Jayco will NOT do any Goodwill repair without a Jayco Service Center verifying what is needed. Jayco will NOT do this under warranty. They will do it under "Goodwill". BE NICE. If you take a tone with Jayco, they will shut you down for sure. Doug
