It may be a toss up on the customer service but I had better luck with my Thor products quality wise. Can't really comment on their customer service as I never really needed it. I did get excellent communication from Aerolite/Dutchmen one upon a time, then they rolled it into the Keystone division and I have heard it now exists in name only LOL. Never needed Keystone as our 2013 was about as flawless as they come, should of kept it but I enjoy giving myself the iron poker I guess.
I can however tell you that Forest River customer service, namely Rockwood, are pros at using the ebola/mad cow encrusted flaming jagged iron poker on your lubeless chute also, bifurcations, hot spikes, and rust non withstanding. It must be an Indiana thing LOL.
