Write to Motorhome magazine to their Hot Line column. They resolve issues with manufactors. As far as quality service, Bob Tiffin has set the industry standard. Thor has the worst rep and Forest River is not far behind. I am also curious how you compare a 5th wheel or TT to a motorhome? These are totally different products and cost difference is huge. In my estimation, it was a defect from the factory and should be fixed at the factory. You could also contact the Federal Highway Transportation Board as this is a SAFETY issue.
