Help with Jayco Factory

Have you reached out to Jayco because I can tell you that I have had nothing but superb relations with them although I was the original owner..A friend of mine purchased used from a dealer a 2016 Entegra and they did transfer over the remainder of the 2 year warranty and his issues are handled no problem until the warranty expires. Perhaps this dealer has to do some kind of paperwork or a cost to transfer the warranty over and then your issues can be handled..although I do believe every word that Doug types because he does know and perhaps Jayco products are handled way differently than Entegra. Just guessing of course.
