Thanks for all the thoughts.
My first thought was to fix it my self, so I did talk to factory to determine was there to fasten to. I got good response from the first person I talked to. Than someone at the factory indicated that even thro it may be a factory workmanship defect, it was not there concern. maybe someone removed the screws or they fell out. You people out there know that when you fasten thing, there is a hole in both parts. There was no hole in the skin of the MH, there is a hole in the bin frame and the other side of MH is built the same way and it has it fasteners. They still said it couldn't happen.
Yes I will fix this my self, as I fixed the window treatment frame that fell off driving to the dealership. I think who every assemble that side of the MH was having a bad day. As some persons suggested its our job to cover for poor assembly.
