I guess I have been involved in Auto/RV dealerships too long. IF you have a problem with your Ford or GM(any automaker) and you are out of warranty. WHY would you think calling them would get a positive answer??????? They would require you to go to the respective Dealer Service Center and have the unit checked out and THEN they would make a determination as to what they will do. But, to then denigrate Jayco without having any standing other than buying their used RV, and NOT have a Jayco dealer verify the problem,and attempting to get Jayco to Goodwill it, seems a little childish.
