I guess I have been involved in Auto/RV dealerships too long. IF you have a problem with your Ford or GM(any automaker) and you are out of warranty. WHY would you think calling them would get a positive answer??????? They would require you to go to the respective Dealer Service Center and have the unit checked out and THEN they would make a determination as to what they will do. But, to then denigrate Jayco without having any standing other than buying their used RV, and NOT have a Jayco dealer verify the problem, and attempting to get Jayco to Goodwill it, seems a little childish. maybe? maybe not depends;; I had the windshield pop out on my 6 year old Allegro bus;; I called Tiffin + all I asked was there anything I should be aware of before I spent 600$ having it reset
Don said nothing he could think off then he said send picture so I did He emailed me and said they would pay the $600 and I had not even considered to ask for $$ on a six year old unit
what Jayco should have said was take to a authorized centre and have them verify said condition and submit a claim and we will consider it
