Finally got to bench test the awning using a small 12 V battery charger. With the positive hooked up to the red wire on the awning motor it started to extend it but was pulsating. Thinking the polarity needed reversed I switched the wires and it extended fine. But when I reverse it back to retract it I get nothing but noise from the motor. I removed the gear cover from the motor and the gear is turning in both directions just fine depending on polarity..reverse is out and strait is in or at least that's what seems to be happening. Any ideas where the issue might be? This is a domestic F45i oasis model number 973EE56.105U
