The original manufacture is Fiamma in Italy. But they have a USA operation in Florida. Go to FiammaUSA.com. I have had good luck getting parts for my Dometic Oasis manual door awning. Dometic was of no help as usual, but I stumbled across Fiamma and they had what I needed. The phone number is 407-672-0091.
