Hemi Engines
Does anyone know why these engines are not being used by Workhorse as a option to Big Block Chevy? Thanks for all opinions!

Hemispherical cylinder heads (ie: Hemi) have been around forever and are still used by many car manufacturers today. Chrysler trade marketed the term "Hemi" in the 60's so no one else uses the term, but the head design is the same. The design allows for a better valve angle with larger valves so more power for a given size. However, the cost and weight is greater so like with everything in life, there is a compromise.
