You should ask yourself some questions.
1. Why do you travel? What good things do you get out of it?
2. If traveling meets your need or desire for those good things, is there another way to travel that might not make you anxious or worried?
3. Is there a way you might unlearn a habit of worrying?
Personally, I don't have a habit of worrying or stressing over things. I might think things through many times over, because the mind is creative and can sometimes come up with new solutions to situations. But while I do this I'm relaxed and not uptight about whatever situation it may be. When I was much younger I went through a period when I'd feel really anxious. But then I read something that helped me. "For nothing be anxious, but in everything by prayer, and by supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God; and the peace of God, that is surpassing all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7) One day soon after reading and thinking about this, I felt a strong attack of anxiety hit me. I told God I was handing my worries over to Him and trusting Him for the answers to my problems. Next thing I knew, I felt so utterly unburdened, I started to laugh! I knew then that I would never have to deal with crippling anxiety again, because God had my back.
The Good Book tells us in many places to "fret not." If you trust in the right One to watch over you, then you can cast your cares on Him and trust that His peace will guard your heart and mind. (But you might have to work at not picking up those cares again, out of sheer habit.) I hope this helps.
