Thanks for the video. I'm going to have to watch it again because I made a drinking game using the words "blue velour" for the trigger to do a shot of tequila. Was pretty out of it by the end.I'm pulling your leg of course. She is really a beautiful rig. The former owners must have taken good care of her and it looks like she went to a good home. I think a fantastic fan would work good where the current vent is but take it to a professional rv place where they have lots of experience doing such things. You sure don't want a leak ruining your ceiling.

It was a one owner carfaxed certified rig, it was in storage for 5 years so I had to change the rear fuel pump and fuel selector valve cus the dirty gas destroyed those to parts. I love it and I always wanted one just like it. I paid 7300 for it when it had around 41k miles. They are impossible to find in this condition and miles and if you do you will be paying anywhere between 10k to 15k. I got lucky and did a lot of searching on craigslist until I found it.Would you happen to know if its possible to install a fantastic fan on my van? Because It does not have any wiring for a roof fan. I wonder how the wiring would be done and how much it would cost. These older econolines didnt have the powerfan roof vent option like the roadtreks and coachhouses, I had a 97 coachouse and it had a factory built vent roof fan, so upgrading to a fantastic fan would be simple cus its already cut and wired, just changed the vent fan, its a different story on my coachmen.

You can take the power for the fantastic fan from a nearby light and have it run through the ceiling or run across ceiling and covered by conduit. If you don't want to cut hole bigger xyou can buy the powered version from Ventline that fits same hole. I think it only pulls air out but may be wrong.

Thanks for the comments. Thats why I flew 1400 miles and drove back 1400 miles from little rock to vegas to get it. Im from little rock. It was carfaxed certified 1 owner 42k miles when I bought it. Bought it for 7300 but to me its worth 20k because its impossible to find one in this miles and condition.

Thanks for the commentsd, no I cant open the fridge when sofa is down, thats y I plan to get mattresses for the top bunk so I can use the sofa as my living area. If you watch my video how I sleep in a van you can see the top bunk slides out to a large queen bed and I have the ladder to get into the bunk.

Our trailer has a Dometic just like yours...it's 17 years old and still working like a champ.
