You push UP on the big handle in the vent to open the vent and then turn the small round black switch to power the fan on... at least that's how mine works.
I can tell your coach has not a lot of use by the great condition of the interior and BLUE VELOUR seats.
Do you have a TV? Maybe you dont need one?
I don't think a fantastic fan will actually cool your van significantly in hot weather but it surely will suck outside air in and then exhaust it out through the roof.
My vent doesnt have a fan it just opens. No tv but will get one with a mount n swivel. The rig has carfaxed verified one owner and 44k miles, i stole it at 7300, it my eyes its worth 15k. Thanks for compliments brother!
