Highway 264 Navajo Nation Indian Reservation
Hello Everyone: Has anyone traveled above highway in motorhome. Just wondering if it is suitable for 40ft DP. Thanks Vikki

No problems just be aware of the following: it IS open range so be on the look out for goats, sheep, cows, and horses==AND DOGS-- coming out of the ditch and on the road. REALLY be careful at night. If you DO hit an animal YOU will be responsible for paying for it, and some of that Navajo livestock is pretty expensive, if you know what I mean. Also if it should rain be careful in lower points of the roads as flash floods are NOT uncommon. Suggest you be full on fuel even though it can be found it is usually more expensive. Nice desert scenery on the drive.
