Hi Everyone! I'm leaving MA on 30 Oct and heading to GA. I'll be taking the toll free route. Anyone have any suggestions for a newbie on the road? I have a class A 29' motorhome. I will be doing some boondocking before hitting some campgrounds. I have actually been living in the RV for a month and I LOVE it.
I don't have any advice, since my husband and I are about to hit the road for the first time as well! We also have a 29' motorhome. We are starting from the west coast heading east. Good luck with your travels! 🙂
Welcome to the RV lifestyle! As 30+ year full-timers, we travel from NJ to FL each Fall. We have found that traveling the secondary roads makes for a pleasant journey. We usually routes 13 and 17 all the way down to Georgia and find that there are lots of places to boondock along the way and the campgrounds are nicely spaced out.
