I'm sure you would be able to build something that would work. I'm assuming you are trying to level it to make it more comfortable when moving around inside of it more than working underneath it. It's a 2014 so you shouldn't have to do too much work under it.
I think I would go to a metal fabrication shop and have ramps built to match the angle of the driveway but provide a level surface for the tire to rest on at 14 inches with a bump stop to keep the MH from rolling off the ramp in case the transmission park fails.
