I've been having water heater issues as well. There is almost no pressure from hot water, barely a dribble. I have the three valves in the correct position, bypass is closed, cold in to heater is open, hot out is open. I didn't have this problem after last winter, so something must be clogged or broken. Where is the check valve some have mentioned?
