Another update
UPS showed up , the box open on both ends.
The staples had pulled through the cardboard and both ends were wide open, luckily the small box with all the goodies , bolts, nuts etc were in there.
Never did hear from Mike from CS at SD ? I guess he figured I'd see the (auto) email ?
Still should have been a follow up phone call from him.
