NADA price is based on what the Dealers are reporting the sales price.
They adjust for things like some areas reporting higher sale prices then others.
Private sales prices, trade-in prices, etc are all lower.
Lots of folk try to use NADA to justify higher prices, by adding in "options", that are already included in the base price of the rig
