I would pretty much ignore NADA. You can get somewhat of a feel for what reasonable prices are in your area just by watching the ads and seeing what sells and what doesn't.
Particularly for RVs that are several years old, the value is very largely dependent on condition and not just somewhat easier to quantify things like age and milage and equipment. New tires alone are worth about $1000 over old cracked tires that need replacement.
Ultimately, the RV is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
My gut feeling offhand is that the asking price on both the units you posted is very optimistic, while the NADA seems rather too low assuming they're as clean and well-kept as they appear at first glance. The Dutchman does have a bunch of stuff like bikes and sheets and cutlery thrown in that you may or may not want, but that the seller I assume included in figuring the asking price.
