Most private sellers are probably upside down on there loan.
But that isn't your fault they are overpriced. It's theirs. And the longer it sits. The more it depreciates making them more upside down.
The high retail NADA price is probably close to the right price. If not a little high if the RV isn't in really good shape. With tires not over 3 years old and all maintenance records.
