The measurements are a guide not an absolute.
Depends on the slop in the measurement of the site.
Some people will tell you a 45 can park anywhere a 40 can
And a 40 can park anywhere a 35 can
And a 35 can park anywhere a 30 can
And a 30 can park anywhere a 25 can
SO that means a 45 can park anywhere a 25 can :S
Your parking ability is your parking ability not some other forum members ability. You can always park a smaller MH in a site easier than a larger MH.
There is a fudge factor and I would buy a 40 but I could go a lot more places with a 32
